Exchange and Return policy
- Apnibazar Online Store will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Apnibazar Online Store will not accept exchange of any item that has been Completely Sold Out.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- Apnibazar Online Store will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Apnibazar Online Store is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Apnibazar Online Store will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 07 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- Apnibazar Online Store reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Exchange and Return Policy’ will apply for the order cancellations.
